Three Ways to Dramatically
Improve Your Life Right Now.
Here are three ways to dramatically and quickly improve your
life. These three ways of living will make an immediate
difference for you. Try them. It's worth it to you. They work no
matter what the news is saying.
First, start loving yourself. You have spent your whole life long
hating yourself or if you prefer softer language, not loving
yourself. Something goes wrong and you beat yourself up.
You have a bad hair day. Beat yourself up. You have a zit. Beat
yourself up. You get a speeding ticket. Beat yourself up.
Your dog dies. Beat yourself up. Somebody looks at your cross
eyed beat yourself up. You are beating yourself up all day
everyday. Start seeing it. Every time you see it Stop It. End it
as soon as you see it and love yourself. Say something nice to yourself
about yourself. Do that all the time. Just like yourself a little bit.
Do that and you will see things quickly change for the better in every
area of your life. Check it out. Prove it to yourself.
Second, start looking for what's right. Human beings have the
habit, and it's a bad habit, of looking at what's wrong. Your
mind tells you to do that. You can have the most perfect day and
your mind will tell you this or that could have been better. You get a
new car and your mind will say, it's ok but not quite as good as
Bill's car. You go out to dinner with friends. Watch
everyone picking apart the whole thing. The waiter is too slow.
The food is overcooked or under cooked and on and on. Lint collects
lint. When you start down the road of looking for what's wrong, you
have more wrong to look at. Looking for what's wrong rather than what's
right is emphasizing the negative. Stop looking for what's wrong
and start looking for what's right. De-emphasize the negative and
emphasize the positive. Look for what's right and you will have more
right to look at in your life.
Third, be positive in spite
of whatever is happening. Moment to moment you have a decision to
make. Be positive or be negative. Your mind eats negativity for
dinner. Let's take the money news. Does it have to drag you
down? Of course not, be positive in spite of what's happening, in spite
of whatever the news is saying. One way to do that is to stop
watching or reading all that negative news about the money, about the
latest murder that happened across town, about the supposed sky falling
that news people like to talk about. Being positive in spite of
what is happening is just a decision. Being positive in spite of what
is happening is just changing a habit you have. Right now,
outside stimuli drags you down into negative. Your day starts
happy. You walk outside and your neighbor says, "Did you hear about…"
and down you go into negativity. It's just a habit. Stop the habit.
Look for it and everytime you see it say, No thank you and be positive
in spite of what's happening.
It takes practice and determination to do these three ways of living
but the reward is great. Positive attracts positive. You
can have it all. Follow these three ways and watch your life spin
upward.
